Job Title: Product Leader

At Kenvue, we are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to lead our Marketing Technology efforts in the Healthcare and Life Science sectors.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the development team to ensure that our products meet business requirements and are delivered on time and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and Communicate Product Vision: Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team to establish a clear product vision and strategy.
  • Product Backlog Management: Work with the development team to create and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring that all product requirements are clearly defined and documented.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the Healthcare and Life Science industries.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet technical and business requirements for Healthcare and Life Science marketing technology products.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all policies and pan-European regulations related to Digital technologies, Privacy, and communication.
  • Technology Expertise: Maintain superior technical expertise in areas such as software development processes, CMS tools, cloud DB, CRM, integration & other API services, Web analytics, SEO, mobile apps development, ETL tools, Data Lake, and dashboard visualization tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology / Health care / FMCG company.
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
