Technical Director – Leading the Development of Agentic AI Solutions

Remote | Full-time

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Director to spearhead the development of our agentic AI platform. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires expertise in backend infrastructure, scalable system design, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop the architecture of our agentic AI platform
  • Lead a high-performing engineering team to drive technical execution across short-term priorities and long-term strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and implementation teams to deliver into real-world environments
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and learning within the team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform architectural decisions and drive future growth

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience)
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architecture decisions under ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
