Our cutting-edge organization is searching for an experienced Associate Director/Director to spearhead Revenue Optimization & Pricing initiatives.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for:

  • Pricing Strategy & Leadership: Collaborate with senior business leaders across Business Development, Operations, Product, and Marketing to design and execute dynamic pricing strategies that fuel growth.
  • Revenue Optimization Frameworks: Build and manage advanced pricing models including competitor benchmarking and market intelligence, yield and margin optimization across multiple sales channels, and customer cohort analysis and price elasticity studies.

Requirements:

  • A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach to pricing and revenue management.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across commercial and product functions.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Revenue Management, Category Management, or Product Management.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or online marketplaces is highly desirable.
