Job Title: Salesforce Field Service Lightning Tech Lead

This is a highly skilled and technical position requiring expertise in Salesforce implementation, configuration, and integration. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Integration, and Lightning Web Component.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Integration, and Lightning Web Component.
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce processes, including Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Validation Rules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and implement technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, configuration, and integration.
  • Expert-level skills in Apex, Integration, and Lightning Web Component.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration tools, including Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Validation Rules.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in Salesforce development, such as Certified Salesforce Developer or Certified Application Architect.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum framework.
