Senior QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned automation expert to join our quality engineering team. This Senior QA Automation Engineer will play a key role in designing and implementing test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications, ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications, ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions.
  • Create, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing across UI, API, data, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, driving resolution through defect identification and tracking.
  • Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of nCino modules, including Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow Automation, while validating Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
  • Define and track quality metrics, mentoring junior QA team members and contributing to best practices in automation, supporting CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment.

For this position, we require:

  • 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects, focusing on commercial lending, treasury, retail banking, and strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks, such as Selenium WebDriver, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, Apex testing, etc., along with expertise in API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, SOAP UI.
  • Experience in CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or similar, with proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology and strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, QA Automation-focused.
  • nCino 201/301 certification.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Exposure to performance testing tools, such as JMeter, LoadRunner.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred but not required.
