Job Title:

A CRM Strategic Director is required to lead the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle, overseeing multiple organizations and managing strategic initiatives such as M&A integrations and customer-facing Experience Cloud sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and drive Salesforce adoption and modernization.
  • Develop strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Proven ability to drive business outcomes through effective Salesforce implementation.
