Agile Coach Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Agile Coach to join our organization. As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for guiding teams and individuals in adopting Agile principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship and coaching to Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile best practices.
  • Develop and facilitate Agile training workshops, bootcamps, and knowledge sessions to equip teams with the necessary skills.
  • Lead and support Agile transformation initiatives at both team and organizational levels by assessing current processes and implementing improvements.
  • Offer actionable recommendations to teams to enhance their Agile maturity and practices.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to embed Lean and Agile principles into daily work.
  • Support the scaling of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model as applicable.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Proven track record of successful Agile transformations and team coaching.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and evolve Agile practices according to business needs.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, and Spotify model.
