- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align products or services with client objectives.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts.
- Contract Renewals: Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure continued partnership.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on account status, revenue, and performance metrics.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products or services.
Requirements:
