Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to drive operational excellence and lead strategic transformation initiatives across various verticals. As a seasoned leader with extensive experience in finance and risk advisory, consulting, or transformation leadership roles, you will be responsible for designing and executing transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities
  2. Lead initiatives across various verticals in GCC
  3. Drive operational excellence through process reengineering and digital enablement
  4. Work with cross-functional teams and ability to drive change
  5. Identify and implement digital solutions
  6. Collaborate with technology teams to build scalable platforms and automation frameworks
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and governance skills to partner with global stakeholders and GCC leaders to co-create transformation strategies. You will establish governance structures for initiative tracking, reporting, and risk mitigation, and act as a change agent to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Capability Building & Impact Measurement
  1. Build domain-specific capabilities within GCC through training, certifications, and knowledge sharing
  2. Define KPIs and success metrics for transformation programs (e.g., cost savings, cycle time reduction, risk mitigation)
  3. Monitor initiative performance and ensure timely delivery of outcomes
Essential Traits
  1. 12- 15+ years of experience in finance and risk advisory, consulting, or transformation leadership roles
  2. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  3. Proven success in leading digital transformation initiatives across global teams or shared services
  4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and program governance skills
  5. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  6. Deep curiosity about emerging technologies and their application in finance and risk
  7. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus
  8. Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, matrixed environments
