Job Title:

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, as well as ensuring the accuracy and reliability of HR databases.
  • Organize and manage HR documents, contracts, reimbursements, and personnel files (both physical and digital).
  • Prepare and assist with the preparation of various HR-related documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR trackers for leaves and attendance.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc projects, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal productivity.
  • Contribute to compliance and audit preparation activities, guaranteeing adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support general office duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization, ensuring a clutter-free workspace.
  • Maintain both physical and digital filing systems, guaranteeing easy access to information when needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, providing valuable insights and statistics.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring an efficient and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate and support internal events and meetings, fostering teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and systems.
