We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating attendance and payroll, handling day-to-day office administration, and providing support to management in HR policies and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, interview, and select top talent, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for all new hires.
- Employee Records and HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
- Attendance and Payroll Coordination: Manage attendance and leave records, coordinate payroll processes, and ensure timely payment of wages.
- Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the team, including mail, phone, and email communication.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Support management in implementing and enforcing HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
