Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager to lead our HR and Administration team in Mumbai.

The successful candidate will oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the HR department, develop and implement strategic HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong Human Resources (HR) Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai with a focus on fostering a collaborative and positive work environment

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration

- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to improve business performance and efficiency

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a senior role

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
