Job Description:

Insurance Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing post-payment customer journeys, coordinating with insurers and stakeholders, and driving timely case issuance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage post-payment cases and ensure smooth customer journeys.
  • Communicate with customers regarding next steps and pending requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to drive timely case issuance.
  • Achieve monthly issuance targets with minimal turnaround time (TAT) and high first-time right (FTR) rate.
  • Work closely with insurers to improve operational processes.

Requirements:

  1. Strong Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role, as you will interact with various stakeholders and customers.
  2. Basic Understanding of Insurance Underwriting: A basic understanding of insurance underwriting principles and decision-making processes is necessary to perform the job responsibilities effectively.
  3. Patient Handling: The ability to handle customers patiently, including difficult conversations, is crucial in this role.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Proven stakeholder management skills are required to push cases forward and meet monthly targets.
  5. Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in Insurance operations is required for this role.
  6. Computer Skills: Basic computer and Excel skills are necessary to perform data analysis and reporting tasks.
