Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our operations team. This role involves reviewing timesheets and expenses for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify the accuracy of expense sheets and receipts to ensure timely payment.
  • Communicate with contractors or sales teams regarding discrepancies in expense reports.
  • Manage payroll-related queries by analyzing data and preparing detailed overviews of issues.
  • Process emails received in shared inboxes within deadlines and urgency levels.
  • Ensure compliance with filing conventions required by payroll teams and seek approvals from clients/managers without impacting turnaround time.
  • Work according to payroll schedules to prevent delays in payment.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by managers.
