Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Search Project Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing project management support to scientific writers, ensuring the effective delivery of medical education and publication materials across all phases.

  • Initiate and amend submissions based on comments as required;
  • Support writers with internal and external stakeholder communication, tracking delivery of activities, managing issues and risks, and follow-up;
  • Ensure compliance with publication processes and end-to-end publication management tools, such as iEnvision and PromoMats;
  • Manage assigned publications or medical education in line with agreed timelines and track external spend as needed;
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including scientific communication global and local teams, and medical content enhancement teams;

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain effective relationships with end stakeholders, including the medical and scientific community within allocated Global Business Units and products;
  • Actively lead and develop SBO operations associates;
  • Ensure new technologies are leveraged to improve quality and productivity;
  • Deliver high-quality publication and medical education materials, including slide decks, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts, within agreed timelines and quality standards;
  • Contribute to overall quality enhancement by ensuring high scientific standards for output produced by the medical writing group;

About You

  • 3-5 years post-qualification experience in project management, scientific medical writing, or communications;
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to work independently and within a team environment;
  • Project management, scientific medical writing, communications, and pharma experience, including therapeutic area domain knowledge exposure and/or publication submission;
  • University degree level, Graduate degree preferably in science, and relevant advanced postgraduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or similar discipline desirable;
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, spoken and written.
