Backend Engineer Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend services using Node.js.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Node.js, Typescript, and its ecosystem, as well as proficiency in CI/CD workflows and tools.

Affinity for emerging technologies, such as AI frameworks, is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and development of backend services using Node.js
  • Maintenance of backend systems following best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Requirements
  • Strong experience with Node.js, Typescript, and related tools
  • Proficiency in CI/CD workflows and tools
  • Affinity for emerging technologies, such as AI frameworks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture
  • Exposure to observability tools
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code
