Job Title: Expert Process Automation Specialist

We are seeking a visionary leader to design and deploy enterprise-scale process automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic technologist who can architect scalable and maintainable automation frameworks, integrate advanced cloud capabilities, and drive efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead the implementation of process automation solutions, ensuring optimal scalability and maintainability.
  • Develop reusable frameworks, best practices, and governance models for process automation implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust process automation solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Integrate process automation with enterprise cloud environments, leveraging expertise in virtualization and containerization.
  • Document solution architecture and technical designs.
  • Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and knowledge sharing sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement attended and unattended automation with Citrix/legacy system automation.
  • Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, exceptions, and deployment issues.
  • Optimize bot efficiency, resource utilization, and exception handling.
  • Ability to find alternate and propose solutions in case automation feasibility / implementation challenges.
  • Work closely with Product team to provide feedback.

Requirements:

  • At least 8–10 years' experience in process automation with proven Solution Architecture responsibilities.
  • Expertise in RPA platform architecture and ecosystem—mandatory.
  • Hands-on practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS), virtualization concepts, VDIs, Virtual Machines, and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Clear track record of architecting and delivering large-scale process automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills—able to confidently articulate and sell technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of OCR tools (ABBYY, Google Vision, Azure Form recognizer), AI/ML models & GenAI.
  • Should have knowledge on API implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in RPA, AWS/Azure/GCP, or Kubernetes.
  • Experience with other RPA tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
  • Experience in regulated industries (BFSI, Healthcare, etc.).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and RPA security best practices.
