Your Career
The FP&A Manager plays a critical role in overseeing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for various teams within the GTM organization. This involves collaborating with stakeholders, engaging with the COE team, and delivering accurate and timely financial insights. The role also drives process standardization and automation within the COE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for GTM teams supported by the India COE.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on attitude.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present meaningful, concise, and clear analysis to senior management on financial challenges and performances.
  • Partner with global finance teams to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate reporting standards and local regulations.
  • Mentor the COE team members and train them on standard FP&A principles and operating procedures.
  • Proactively identify standardization and Automation opportunities across different Product Lines and Regions.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and tools.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as required.
