Job Description

As a strategic supply chain planning professional, you will play a key role in driving business excellence and operational efficiency. You will work on high-impact transformational projects, ensuring integrated design, build, deployment, and operations of responsible supply chain planning applications. Your expertise will be pivotal in understanding and managing dependencies, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring business continuity through operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include working with internal teams and business partners to identify, classify, and prioritize customer issues, partnering with leaders within the business and IT to drive SAP planning solutions to harmonization, optimization, and operational excellence, and integrating SAP IBP with other functions in ECC or S/4 HANA as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You must have a Master's or Bachelor's degree with 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP IBP. Experience with full SAP IBP Lifecycle Implementations, integration between SAP ECC with IBP, and strong SAP technical skills are essential. Knowledge of Demand planning, Supply planning, and integration with other SAP modules is also necessary. Additionally, practical experience with projects involving SAP S/4 HANA or SAP Certification is preferred.

Desirable qualifications include knowledge of IT tools like ServiceNow, Microsoft apps, Power BI, and experience in working with multiple teams across matrixed organizations in various locations to implement solutions. Effective communication and presentation skills, along with a strong collaborator mindset, make informed decisions using data analysis, integration, and constructive thinking.
