Supply Chain Planning Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team. This is a key role that involves leading and participating in implementation projects, performing configuration of RapidResponse modules, designing and building dashboards and reports, supporting integration with ERP systems, collaborating with business users, performing data validation and testing, and providing training and support.

Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Lead and participate in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation projects including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment.
  2. RapidResponse Configuration: Perform configuration of RapidResponse modules (demand planning, supply planning, inventory, S&OP).
  3. Dashboards and Reports: Design and build dashboards, alerts, scenarios, and analytical reports within Kinaxis.
  4. Integration: Support integration of Kinaxis with ERP/legacy systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA, etc.) using ETL tools, APIs, or middleware.
  5. User Collaboration: Collaborate with business users to translate supply chain requirements into Kinaxis functionality.
  6. Data Validation: Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  7. User Support: Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end-users.
  8. Quality Assurance: Ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality, and aligned to best practices in supply chain planning.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, knowledge of supply chain planning concepts, and proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
  • Certifications: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
