Job Opportunity

The Structural BIM Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring project teams adhere to the Building Information Modeling (BIM) Implementation Plan. This includes coordinating model submission schedules and updating models to reflect as-built conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teams in delivering client BIM requirements for Architectural and Structural services.
  • Perform Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) on Autodesk Revit models.
  • Prepare drawing packages and ensure they meet client specifications.
  • Develop technical capabilities in BIM Level of Development (LOD) 300, with knowledge of LOD 400 and 500.
  • Coordinate and develop designs from concept to construction through BIM processes such as 5D and 4D.
  • Manage 3D models, review model quality, and ensure technical content meets BIM Execution Plan standards.
  • Analyze models provided by Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
  • Apply knowledge of parametric and non-parametric family creation.
  • Experience in Scan to BIM and PDF to CAD projects.
