Job Title: Architectural BIM Coordinator

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Coordinator to fill a key role in our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Autodesk Revit, with experience in coordinating design to construction through BIM processes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist project teams in adhering to BIM Implementation Plans, including model submittal schedules and updates of models to reflect as-built conditions for submittal.
  • Deliver client BIM requirements for Architectural services.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control on Autodesk Revit models.
  • Prepare drawing packages.
  • Demonstrate technical capability of BIM LOD 300, with knowledge of LOD 400 and 500.
  • Coordinate and develop designs through BIM processes such as 5D/4D.
  • Manage 3D models, review model quality and technical content, including clash detection and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Analyze models provided by Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of parametric and non-parametric family creation.
  • Experience in Scan to BIM & PDF to CAD projects.
