Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Information Modelling (BIM) Coordinator to lead our Mumbai office's BIM implementation strategy. The ideal candidate will oversee the local Revit-capable team, manage BIM execution processes, and ensure alignment with global technical and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • BEP Development: Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), implementing ISO19650 workflows and certification.
  • BIM Communication: Manage communication and rollout of any BIM standards changes within the Mumbai office.
  • Group BIM Workflows: Drive implementation of group BIM workflows, tools, and standards at the local level.
  • Staff Training: Lead staff training, induction, and knowledge-sharing for BIM practices.
  • Project Deliverables: Coordinate and manage project BIM deliverables, reducing errors and delays.
  • BIM Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related issues in Mumbai, liaising with the global BIM leadership.
  • Audit Support: Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO19650 certification.
  • Licensing: Oversee BIM-related software license renewals and allocations.
  • Expertise Representation: Represent BIM expertise in office meetings, audits, and client coordination.
  • Workflow Innovation: Contribute to innovation in BIM workflows and foster cross-office collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or relevant Built Environment disciplines.
  • Indian qualified professional with minimum 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes, ideally with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction company.
  • Proven understanding of ISO19650 implementation and compliance.
  • Strong leadership skills to align and guide a local BIM/Revit team.
  • Knowledge across project work stages, particularly in Data Centres, Retail, and Hospitality sectors.
  • Prior experience working with international client organisations is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
  • Available to join within 3 months of offer acceptance.
