BIM Manager Position

As a seasoned BIM professional, you will lead our organization's Building Information Modeling strategy and implementation across multiple projects.

  • Leadership Role: Develop, implement, and manage BIM execution strategies, protocols, and standards for the organization.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise the BIM team and collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and construction teams.
  • BIM Project Execution: Oversee BIM project delivery for infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
  • Compliance and Integration: Ensure adherence to national and international BIM standards (ISO 19650, etc.) and integrate BIM with project management, design, cost estimation, and construction workflows.
  • Technology Management: Manage BIM software platforms (Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, etc.) and coordinate with IT for upgrades and support.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance/quality control checks on BIM models and outputs.
  • Innovation and Training: Drive innovation in digital engineering, including automation, computational design, and digital twins, and provide training, mentorship, and support to BIM coordinators, modelers, and project teams.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors regarding BIM implementation and project execution.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in BIM, with at least 12 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in BIM platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and related digital tools.
  • Project Handling: Experience in handling large-scale infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
  • BIM Standards and Coordination: Excellent knowledge of BIM standards, LOD specifications, and coordination processes.
  • Communication and Leadership: Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Digital Transformation: Experience in digital transformation and emerging technologies (AR/VR, digital twins, AI in design) is an added advantage.
