Web Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:
Our team is seeking a skilled Affiliate Manager to lead our web-based user acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, growing, and optimizing our affiliate and publisher network to drive quality leads, conversions, and revenue for our campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit high-performing web affiliates and publishers.
- Nurture relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and platforms.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics: clicks, leads, sales, ROI, and fraud.
- Negotiate campaign terms and payouts.
- Ensure delivery, compliance, and continuous optimization for better results.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Handle invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in web affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing.
- Strong grasp of key web KPIs: CTR, CR, EPC, ROI, etc.
- Experience using tracking and attribution platforms.
- Familiarity with affiliate networks, publishers, and traffic sources.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel and performance dashboards.
