Job Summary
As a Front Desk Supervisor at Accor, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Front Desk. This includes ensuring that all hotel guests and visitors receive an optimum level of service and care at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily administration, meeting and greeting, dealing with guests' queries and complaints, and booking rooms.
- Maintain high standards of customer services at the Reception desk so that customers' expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Motivate and develop Reception team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
- Ensure that any matter which may affect the interests of Novotel Ibis Chennai OMR is brought to the attention of the Management.
Requirements
- Experience is an asset.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
