Job Title: Academic Content Creator

We are seeking an experienced Academic Content Creator to join our team in developing high-quality business case studies for academic instruction and publication.

About the Role:

  • This is a pivotal position that requires collaboration with faculty members and industry experts to create engaging, relevant, and analytically strong content.
  • You will be responsible for researching and writing compelling case studies that meet the pedagogical objectives of our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough market research to gather essential data for case study development.
  2. Collaborate with faculty to clarify learning outcomes and case formats.
  3. Write high-quality case studies, including background context, decision points, alternative courses of action, supporting data, and teaching notes.
  4. Maintain factual accuracy through verification and citations; uphold academic integrity.
  5. Revise drafts based on feedback from faculty/stakeholders; ensure clarity, engagement, and relevance.
  6. Support case preparation for external publishing, case competitions, or inclusion in printed outlets.
  7. Meet project timelines and manage multiple case writing assignments simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • A master's degree in Business / Management / Case Writing / Communications, or a related field; PhD preferred.
  • Proven publication record: at least 10 completed and published case studies or similar works like detailed business reports with teaching notes.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English; ability to compose narratives that are analytically strong, engaging, and pedagogically sound.
  • Strong research skills, including interviewing, data gathering, qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Familiarity with business case formats and experience in academic settings or business school pedagogies.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with faculty and stakeholders.
  • Good time management skills and ability to deliver under deadlines.
