Workday Absence and Time Tracking Expert

Job Description:

As a seasoned Workday Absence and Time Tracking expert, you will lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of this module for our clients. You will provide expert guidance on best practices, gather business requirements, develop functional documentation, and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules to meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation to ensure seamless integration with other business processes.
  • Configure business processes including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.
  • Configure time tracking business processes including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of business processes.
  • Conduct system testing, prepare test cases, execute tests, and resolve defects.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need expertise in Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module, as well as experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
