Business Relationship Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Manager to fill this key position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective project and program management capabilities, with the ability to understand precise business requirements.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques used in IT, and having the capacity to understand how businesses use technology to gain a competitive advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of requirement specifications, process flows, and creating business use case scenarios for Micro Loans.
  • Expertise in responding to queries and identifying gaps by running use cases in the LOS/CBS system for Micro Loans.
  • Knowledge of data and MIS requirements, including proficiency in data interrogation with Oracle SQL and MS SQL.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Micro loan and Micro Banking Projects.
  • Graduate degree (diploma or distant education will not be considered).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of Oracle SQL and MS SQL.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
