Job Title: Zonal Business Development Lead
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Zonal Business Development Lead to drive business growth and develop strategic plans for our national business.
- Lead and Grow the Business: You will be responsible for leading and growing our business in your zone, identifying opportunities for expansion and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: You will work closely with FLMs and cross-functional partners to develop, implement, and monitor a customer-centric national business plan that optimizes the customer experience.
- To be populated at local level: Based on the guidance from IMI Field Engagement Performance Management Council outcomes, you will work with local teams to develop and implement plans that meet their specific needs.
- 5 Years of Sales Team Management Experience: We require a candidate with 5 years of sales team management experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Able to Understand Changing Dynamics: You must be able to understand the changing dynamics of the Pharmaceutical industry and adapt our business strategy accordingly.
- Market Knowledge and Network: A strong market knowledge and network is desirable, but not essential.
- Sales in Healthcare/Pharma/Related Business: You must have experience in sales within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry or related business.
- Desirable Requirements: Cardiovascular Experience: While not essential, cardiovascular experience would be highly desirable.
