Job Title:

Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Visual Communications Specialist to join our team.

As a Visual Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in creating engaging visual content and implementing innovative ideas across various digital and print mediums.

Your responsibilities will include translating client needs and branding strategies into design strategies, selecting appropriate colors, fonts, photographs, layouts, logos, and other design elements to communicate creative concepts effectively.

You will conceptualize and design branding materials, such as brochures, flyers, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals, and social media collaterals.

Adherence to client brand guidelines, meeting and exceeding defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency is expected.

Familiarity with the latest design trends and advocating the same to team members and customers is essential.

Providing unique and innovative design solutions to customers and convincing them to make the right design choices is a must.

Effective communication with customers while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas is also required.

Mentor junior team members on best design practices.

Prioritize deadlines and manage multiple creative projects parallelly.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals and deadlines.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Graphic Design or related discipline.

Proficiency: Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media).

Experience: 4 Months - 1 Year of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work across a range of mediums.

Skills: Excellent communication (comprehension, verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade. Key Skills: Graphic Design, Print Design, Visual Design, Creative Direction, Concept Development, Branding, Digital Media. Sub Skills: Typography, Color Theory, Layout Design, Print Design, Digital Design.
