**Job Title: Visual Design Lead**We are seeking a skilled Visual Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that align with our brand's vision.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Design immersive experiences for our social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and X.
  • Develop full-funnel brand marketing assets for product launches, influencer campaigns, offline activations, digital ads, and emailers.
  • Collaborate with content, video, and performance teams to create cohesive stories with high visual impact.
  • Evaluate and evolve the brand's visual identity from templates to typography, color to motion.
  • Apply AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, or ChatGPT to explore ideas, generate visual directions, iterate faster, and experiment more boldly.
**Requirements:**
  • 2-4 years of experience in brand or social media design roles.
  • A strong portfolio across digital design and motion graphics, especially on Instagram and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) plus a working knowledge of AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Leonardo, etc.).
  • Visual taste that is bold, modern, and city-smart.
  • Someone who is hands-on, self-driven, and excited to push both design and tech boundaries.
