· Apply digital-first design best practices, ensuring consistency across channels, platforms, and devices.

· Support experimentation through A/B testing, analyze outcomes, and integrate learnings into future design strategies.

· Build scalable design systems, processes, and templates to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

· Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and digital storytelling techniques to keep redBus's visual language fresh and competitive.
