But today, the technology which powers them — is broken. The existing suite of software is clunky, difficult to use, faces regular outages, and offers poor support.

Kenko is the most complete software for fitness & wellness businesses. We bring together scheduling, memberships, payments, marketing, payroll — everything on one platform and automate it. Our goal is to replace ten different tools they use today with one almighty.

We're looking for a
Lead Visual Designer, experienced in Framer,
to design and deliver high-quality websites for our clients in the fitness and wellness space. You'll take full ownership of the website design and deployment process, ensuring each project is completed on time and meets client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build responsive, visually appealing websites using Framer
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs and create websites that reflect their brand and goals
  • Ensure all websites follow best practices in design, usability, and accessibility
  • Add engaging elements like animations and smooth transitions for a polished user experience
  • Manage multiple projects, define timelines, and deliver within deadlines
  • Document key steps and processes for internal teams and customer support
  • Suggest and implement improvements to workflows based on client feedback and industry trends
  • Stay current with the latest design tools, trends, and best practices

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in website design and deployment using Framer or similar tools
  • Comfortable using Framer's CMS and other website builder features
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong grasp of UX/UI design and responsive web design principles
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Canva, or similar design software
  • Good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel
  • Experience integrating third-party tools like forms, analytics, and CMS systems
  • Able to manage multiple website projects at once and stay organized
  • High attention to detail, especially with visuals and interactions
  • Strong communication skills for working with clients and internal teams
  • Self-motivated and good at managing deadlines
  • Available to work in US time zones
