Job Title: Visual Design Lead

We are looking for a skilled visual design lead to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating immersive and engaging visual experiences that drive business results.

As a visual design lead, your main responsibility will be to create high-quality visual content that meets the company's brand guidelines. You will work closely with the creative director to develop and implement the company's visual identity across all touchpoints. Your skills and experience in digital design, motion graphics, and AI-powered design tools will be essential in delivering outstanding results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in digital design, motion graphics, and AI-powered design tools. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additionally, they should be passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the company's visual identity across all touchpoints
- Create high-quality visual content that meets the company's brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the creative director to develop and implement visual strategies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in visual design

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in visual design roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, motion graphics, and AI-powered design tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
