Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Creative Visual Design Lead to elevate our brand's unique voice and ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.


Key Objectives:
  • To reduce design turnaround time by 30–50% through the use of internal asset libraries and templates.
  • To increase asset-led conversion across campaigns, sales decks, and product touch-points (target uplift: +10–15%) in terms of clicks.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns and sales materials.
  • Developing and maintaining design guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design efforts align with business objectives.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual design.
