The Role

We're looking for a 
Creative Lead / Art Director
 who can elevate the design output at Now Media. This role is about 
guiding, inspiring, and challenging designers
 ensuring every project carries fresh thinking, high-quality execution, and creative impact. You'll be responsible for shaping design direction across our 
branding and social media clients
, setting standards for creativity, and ensuring consistency in visual storytelling.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor the design team, guiding them from 
    ideation to execution
    .
  • Provide 
    thought starters, design direction, and creative feedback
     that pushes work to its best.
  • Oversee all design work across branding and social media clients, ensuring 
    quality, consistency, and originality
    .
  • Collaborate with strategy and account teams to 
    translate brand goals into bold visual concepts
    .
  • Stay updated with design trends and cultural shifts, bringing 
    fresh inspiration
     to the team.
  • Balance hands-on design when needed with leadership and oversight.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or art direction role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and campaign work.
  • Ability to 
    think conceptually
     and inspire creative exploration.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, design craft, and storytelling.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills someone who can 
    inspire confidence and creativity
     in others.
