Pixel Lab is where brands take shape visually, from brand identity and packaging systems to immersive design solutions that spark emotional connection and deliver market impact. We work with leading brands across FMCG, consumer appliances, and lifestyle categories.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Visual Designer with a strong foundation in brand identity design, packaging design, and design thinking. The ideal candidate blends creativity with strategy, translating brand purpose into impactful visuals and designing packaging that balances functionality with shelf appeal.

This role is hands-on and collaborative, working closely with cross-functional teams in industrial design, strategy, and engineering to bring holistic, future-forward brand experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Identity Design
    • Develop and refine visual identities including logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines
    • Translate brand strategy into cohesive design systems across touchpoints
      • Packaging Design
        • Design packaging systems for FMCG, consumer appliances, and lifestyle brands
        • Create packaging that balances visual storytelling, category differentiation, and functional practicality
        • Work on structural packaging concepts in collaboration with industrial designers
          • Design Thinking and Creative Strategy
            • Apply design thinking methodologies to solve client challenges with empathy and innovation
            • Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and co-creation sprints with clients and internal teams
            • Contribute to design strategy presentations, mood boards, and concept pitches
              • Collaboration and Execution
                • Work closely with Form Lab and Tech Lab teams to ensure holistic brand-to-product integration
                • Prepare production-ready artwork and liaise with vendors or printers for packaging execution
                • Stay updated with design trends, materials, printing innovations, and consumer insights
                Key Requirements
                • 2 to 5 years of experience in visual or graphic design, preferably in brand identity and packaging design
                • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity systems, packaging design projects, and storytelling
                • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma, 3D, or structural packaging tools is a plus
                • Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and packaging formats
                • Strong grasp of design thinking principles and ability to articulate design rationale
                • Ability to balance creativity with strategy and functionality
                • Excellent communication and presentation skills
                • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
