Job Description

We are seeking an experienced visual designer to join our team as a Lead Visual Experience Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing visually appealing designs that meet the needs of our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visual elements for customer-facing applications and platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and develop solutions.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and iterate based on feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience in visual design.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Sketch.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
