Job Overview:

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 depending on experience. This role requires a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Performance Management & Retention Cycle, excellent communication skills in English and local languages, and a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and tact in all interactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management:
    • SUPPORT AND DRIVE THE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PROCESS, ENSURING REGULAR PERFORMANCE REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK SESSIONS ARE CONDUCTED.
    • Collaborate with Talent Management head to set performance goals, provide coaching, and implement improvement plans when necessary.
    • Engage with stakeholders to drive the performance management charter continuously.
  • Succession Planning & Retention:
    • SUPPORT THE IDENTIFICATION OF HIGH-POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES AND SUCCESSION PLANS FOR KEY LEADERSHIP ROLES.
    • Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance employee satisfaction, including recognition and reward programs.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze talent management data (e.g., turnover rates, training effectiveness) and present insights to management for continuous improvement.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent management and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Career Development:
    • Design and develop growth paths and competency framework for different job families.
    • Stay updated on HR best practices and trends to continuously improve talent management strategies.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Prior 5-7 years of experience in Performance Management & Retention Cycle.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages are essential for effective customer engagement.
  • Professionalism: Display a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and tact in all interactions, regardless of the situation.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Multitasking: Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Education Qualification: Master's in Human Resources.
