Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Highly Available Product Deployment Architecture, including networking, storage, and virtualization.
  • Develop Network Security Solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Deploy Hardware, Software, and Application Monitoring Tools to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Utilize Automation for efficient deployments and system upgrades.
  • Diagnose and Resolve Customer-Reported Issues within agreed service level agreements.
  • Provide Technical Expertise on user documentation, product requirements documents, and other functional specifications.
  • Promote Knowledge-Sharing Initiatives and participate in product release training and documentation.
  • Evaluate New Technologies and implement innovative solutions.
  • Generate Custom Reports and communicate effectively with customers.
