As a senior infrastructure specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of client services through expert design, development, and management of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. PAM is a crucial security measure that helps to protect critical systems and infrastructure from unauthorized access.

  • Design and develop PAM solutions using BeyondTrust to secure critical systems and infrastructure.">
  • Configure and maintain privileged account vaults, password rotation policies, and access workflows.">
  • Troubleshoot PAM issues, including credential vault failures, session recording errors, and access request failures.">
  • Integrate PAM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and ticketing systems.">
  • Utilize scripting languages like PowerShell or Python to automate routine tasks and reporting.">
  • Conduct periodic audits, access reviews, and compliance reporting.">
  • Administer Active Directory, LDAP, and Entra ID environments.">
  • Monitor authentication logs, failed login attempts, and security threats.">
  • Ensure compliance with IAM security policies and regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).">
  • Investigate IAM-related security incidents and unauthorized access attempts.">
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement zero-trust and identity governance models.">
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments, including patching, performance tuning, and access control.">

Your Profile:

  • ">
  • 4–12 years of hands-on experience in PAM, IAM, and authentication technologies.">
  • Strong expertise in BeyondTrust, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Azure PIM.">
  • Working knowledge of cloud IAM services (Azure, AWS) and authentication protocols and experience with scripting languages for task automation.">
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.">
  • Professional certifications preferred (e.g., BeyondTrust Certified, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, CyberArk Defender).">
  • Strong problem-solving skills, structured and independent working style.">
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).">
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 managed service environment when required and continuously upgrade technical skills.">
