Job Overview

Krones Group is a leading global provider of technologies for the production, processing, and packaging of beverages. We are seeking an IT Manager to join our team in India.

This role offers a unique opportunity to participate in on-the-job training with Krones Machinery India at our headquarters in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Define and manage the IT infrastructure, applications, IT hardware definition, and refreshments within the organization.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the Managing Director of Krones Machinery India in line with Krones Group IT Guidelines & Policies.
  • Oversee responsibility for IT & Digitalization related functions including people and budgetary management.
  • Provide IT support, guidance to IT Support Specialists, and address/resolve IT issues.
Core Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a similar field.
  • At least 7+ years of work experience in an international business environment in a comparable position.
  • Experience with SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3.
  • Proven working experience as an IT Manager, or other relevant experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
Facts About This Role:

We operate, monitor, and develop SAP S4/HANA systems to ensure seamless integration across departments.

The successful candidate will define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes for the subsidiary, aligning with Krones Group guidelines.

This role also involves managing local IT infrastructure in the plant/subsidiary to ensure operational performance, availability, security, and continuity.
