Lead HR Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to oversee Human Resources and Industrial Relations functions at our plant.

The ideal candidate will possess end-to-end HR operations experience, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, statutory compliance, training & development, performance management, HR analytics, and employee engagement.

  1. Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies for skilled personnel, conduct job interviews, assessments, and background verification, manage onboarding, and ensure timely compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  2. Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll for employees using HROne and SYMCO, manage annual variable pay, bonus payouts, and leave encashment coordination with the corporate office.
  3. HR Operations: Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and queries, foster a positive work environment, facilitate internal communications, conflict resolution, and operate the HR Management system.
  4. Performance Management: Define KRAs, manage the performance appraisal process, support managers with performance-related interventions, handle promotions, transfers, and exits aligned with organizational goals, administer employee benefits like insurance, PF, retirement, etc., and conduct compensation benchmarking and salary structure reviews.

This role involves implementing and optimizing HRIS usage across departments, maintaining accurate HR data, leading regional inputs for newsletters, planning and executing employee engagement programs, fostering team building and morale through creative initiatives, and partnering with the safety department to maintain a safe workplace.
