Job Title: Chief Information Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Officer to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's technology infrastructure.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and management of computer networks, systems, and infrastructure
  • Lead a team of IT professionals in providing technical support and services to employees
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all technological devices
  • Ensure backup tapes are locked in a fireproof safe
  • Plan and coordinate information technology-related equipment installations, moves, additions, changes, and system enhancements
  • Provide network communications support and technical guidance
  • Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements
  • Consult with others to assess/analyze/resolve computing needs and system requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Support: Troubleshoot/repair/resolve technical problems/issues related to computer hardware/software/LAN and WAN/internet
  2. User Training:** Train/instruct users in proper use and security of all systems
  3. Network Management: Install, configure, manage, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair computer networks, workstations, support server system(s), supporting hardware/software, user accounts, and computer/telephone rooms
  4. Process Improvement: Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership or management
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networking, and software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
