We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to spearhead our educational hardware business. This role requires an individual who can develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, build and manage high-performing teams, and successfully launch our innovative educational product in the Indian market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Go-To-Market Strategy

This involves designing and executing the go-to-market roadmap for our educational hardware products, defining target segments (schools, government bodies, coaching centers, B2C, etc.), crafting pricing, positioning, channel, and promotion strategies, and building annual operating plans and levers for achievement.

  • Product Launch

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end product launch strategy, including timelines, pilot programs, and regional rollouts, building early traction through targeted partnerships and early adopters, and enabling team members with tools, processes, and knowledge to succeed in the field.

  • Team Building

This includes recruiting, training, and leading a cross-functional team including sales, channel managers, and marketing, setting clear key performance indicators, building incentive plans, and fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Sales & Business Development

The ideal candidate will drive direct and channel sales for schools, distributors, and institutional buyers, develop and manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and close strategic deals, establish partnerships with schools, NGOs, and government organizations, track and report on performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or go-to-market roles in education, hardware, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven experience in launching tech/hardware products in the Indian market.
  • A strong network across schools, education boards, and institutional buyers.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
