Are you a skilled business relationship manager looking for a new challenge? Our company is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Relationship Officer. This full-time remote position involves managing and nurturing relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating communication between our company and its clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in business relationship management, relevant experience in finance and sales, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field is also a plus.
As a Relationship Officer, you will work closely with our finance team, support sales efforts, and identify potential business opportunities. Your day-to-day tasks will include client communications, financial document reviews, customer service follow-ups, and sales strategy coordination.
