We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable/receivable, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
- Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and compliance.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and cost control measures.
- Lead and guide the accounting team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
