Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:Oversee the finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) as applicable. Coordinate and lead the internal and statutory audit processes.
Prepare and review Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Statements. Manage GL reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and provision entries. Ensure timely closure of books of accounts at period ends.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks. Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory requirements like TDS, GST, PF, ESI, etc. Supervise and guide the finance team on day-to-day accounting operations.
Implement and maintain internal controls and process improvements. Provide insights and analysis to management for decision-making. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of accounting principles and finalization process.
Proficient in Tally / SAP / Oracle / any major ERP system. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage a team and work under pressure. Qualifications:CA inter / BCOM/MCOM/CA or equivalent qualification.7–15 years and
For CA 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finalization. Experience in a similar role, preferably in a mid-to-large size organization.
