Job Description:

In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and mentoring sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue through the sale of annuity services.
  • Serve as a primary liaison responsible for driving incremental growth of all ePlus services for the region.
  • Work closely with field sales organization to provide training and skills development for selling all ePlus services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, identify potential clients, and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are effectively delivered.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns supporting the sale of annuity services.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategies and offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation.
  • Own assigned annuity services quota and ensure targets are met.
  • Mentor sales managers and executives to enhance their sales skills and achieve targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
